Hello all,
Apologies if this is in the wrong forum - can't necessarily attribute it to a certain component (although I have a pretty good idea).
So I bought a second hand PC and it works great, exactly as I expected and just what I needed - except for the noise.
I wanted to use the PC for music recording/production, and as it came with NZXT Kraken X41 AIO watercooling I thought it would be nice and quiet, but it's by far the loudest component in the box and is easily audible when recording. Is swapping out the fan for a quieter option worth it/viable, and does anyone have experience with this particular unit and found the noise to be excessive for no load? I know the unit handles fan speeds in an odd way by running the pump through the fan header, which could create problems.
Secondly, there is a high pitched intermittent buzzing noise that isn't audible on recordings but will probably drive me insane in a short while. The buzzing doesn't seem to be related to anything, but I notice sometimes it seems to coincide with actions like alt tabbing. Pretty sure it's not hard drive or GPU related as I'm fairly certain it has occurred when they are unplugged (ignored this problem for a while so not entirely certain) and pulled fans out one by one to check them as well. I suspect this is some kind of capacitor problem but I don't really want to admit it - is this the most likely source?
Any help is appreciated!

(And yes I am going to change out that R6850 once I can)
