Nokia Help!

This is probably really simple but basically I'm having problems with my Nokia and despite having orange insurance (curse orange!) they want me to pay £15 courier charge for replacement phone and tell me the only alternative is to call Nokia manufacturer and see if they can sort it for me.
I can't find the phone number anywhere on the website although it's probably very obvious where it is and I'm being retarded. I was wondering if anyone knew where it is or what it is and could let me know plllleeaaasseeesss?!

go to google and see if there is a nokia doctor where you live or at least the nearest one. is your phone new or have you had it a while cos your phone should come with a 2 yr warranty which should cover most aspects of your phone messing up. :)
 
It's 9 months now and apparently it's only free delivery from orange in the first 6 months, grr! So this nokia doctor, I call the number for them and they can replace my phone??
 
Hi, call Orange back and say that the previous operator you spoken to said that as goodwill they will wave that £15 charge this time. If not ask for a manager and say the same, they wanted to charge me the same and I refused to pay, they then waived the charge and replaced my phone the next working day.
 
Sure did get them to waive it. I just said the previous lady had said she'd scrap the admin charge because of the hassle I've had with my phone in the past. The woman then checked system and saw I had my phone replaced earlier this year and she said "Oh okay, but in future I must tell you Jennifer that you will be charged as it's policy". Bla bla, happy days!!! ;)
