That was the latest date on the hermes stock report on saturday, so if it changes now they're leaving it pretty late :p

It will require TomTom to release an update for existing users, but all of the major sat nav packages should support the N80 soon.

EDIT - also one more thing, dont suppose you could do me a favour and get the proper prices on contract which Sales will offer on a qtek 9100 (not the prices on brochure...online kinda prices) cos all of the customer/business services wont give me a proper answer lol.

N80 is due to be out very soon, Vodaphone as kappa said 26th april and i would imagine it will be the same date for unlocked and sim free models ie no contract offered with the phone.

Speaking to someone today, looks like the final price will be £600 :eek:, which is a lot more than i expected but then i guess ill just flog my 6680 and try to re-coup some of the cost. This phone is too good to pass by, might wait a few weeks though for the black pearl model.

Yep Vodafone will have it by 26th of this month and will be available on contract. Unless you buy it unlocked and sim free then you can use any network sim card in there but its going to be expensive though. At least with the contract the phone is subsidised partly by your line rental.
 
hmm im in middle of contract with 3 and have N70....but i want N80 :(

could sell it for £150, but would still need a few hundred £ to get it :eek:

might have to wait a couple months for it to come down in price like N70... :(

Hopefully yes, the site that i pre-ordered from is saying they are getting stock in tommorrow. Price is still kinda high for me £560 now when it was originally £600 but thats sim free though.

Dont know if im still going ahead with the order as i might wait a few weeks to see if the original batch have any probs etc. Heard somewhere that there have been a few bew bluetooth problems etc. Plus its only available in silver and i wanted the black model so pretty sure im going to hang off a bit.

They have some bug that when a incoming call comes in, the sceen turns to garbage... Like everything gets moved to the bottom of the screen... I assumed thi bug will be fixed soon like.

Also, for the guy that works at vodafone. Will I be able to blag this on a student contract? I'm looking at setting up a student account with this phone. If not, then I'll have to get the w900i...

Ahhh well forget it then, wont be buying it when it comes out if it has that bug. Id rather wait till they sorted out all the tiny problems they are supposedly having with it. I can see a lot of people returning them because of that bug. Oh well will just have to wait till all the teething problems are sorted out.
Funny that though, my 6680 also does this sometimes when an imcoming call comes in...screen turns to garbage.
