You still have an inability to read.
She was being a danger to herself and when the one officer couldn't control her on his own the Mother gave permission to mildly taser her so she wouldn't harm herself.
Did you read all that properly or have I got to put it into bigger letters?
 
KD, MisChief, Edrof, Raymond Lin and Castiel get my vote(s). All level headed, active members who aren't particularly unreasonable or rash :)

Also, from the hardware sections that I ever go on to (none of whom are fairly recognised in this thread IMO):
RJC, Pgi947, Gregster and Rusty0611 as they all help loads of people daily and are all normally level headed, neutral and factual when it comes to the inevitable fanboy flame wars.

10 in fact. A grown man cannot subdue a little girl without arming themself with a taser and zapping them?

Shouldn't be a police officer. It is morally inept.

Talk to Burnsy & Von Smallhausen about how strong even a 12 year old can be when they don't want to comply - I saw enough of Juveniles in a Detention Centre to know how strong kids can be.
I've seen too many Police shows to see how it can take 6 burly coppers to take down a 6 stone weakling that doesn't want to be arrested (or perhaps it's all show for the cameras).
With you being such an expert you could have somehow subdued her with soothing words, you must be in the wrong job.

One thing you fail to consider is that a 12 year old is more likely to be violent and willing to hurt the police officer as seriously as possible, whereas the police officer won't want to harm the child giving the child more means to escape.

A taser gives a consistent, safe, guaranteed way of subduing someone; mortal combat with a child does not.

How did this thread get so badly derailed again? :confused:
