I missed that bit actually. The 2nd parcel may still turn up as couriers are a nightmare at this time of year.

It did, the items were physically missing from the parcel - warehouse error, whenever it was a genuine mix-up or the items got 'lost' will remain a mystery...

Northface went south in this case, but on the face of it, at least you got a refund.

Small update: I got my refund for the missing items, now waiting for a refund for other items which I returned.

Still waiting for one item to be refunded... They surely know how to discourage their customers from buying from them again.
