60 me and 22 years of home computing so I got into it late at 38. However when I was at school in 1968, the calculator had not been invented or at least not available for less than a $1000 .
Started a year after the office got its first 8086 and I got volunteered to back it up on C90 tape and control the software
It ran fine on my 286 (once I loaded everything in HMA), but I got abysmal framerates during the space battles if there were loads of enemy ships. Really stuttery! All the other sections were fine. Never really finished it.
