Did some Zwift yesterday for 15 minutes... Then did some bench, Woking up to 80kg for 7+1 reps. Gainz.

DEADLIFT (3-3-3-5) 120-140-140-140 Plate maths went a bit skewiff, but the results were good.
No idea whether the weight work is helpi g or hindering, but it feels goooooooood. As the cycling is coming first, the lifting shouldn't be hurting it... Just need to get more time in the saddle.
