Ok I think some of you took what I said the wrong way. I'm not trying to upset or offend anyone, I just need some advice on what to upgrade to get a little extra performance out of WoW.
Thanks for the comments on vsync, I now understand why I only got 60 frames, and realise that my PC is fast enough to play WoW.
However, the minimum frame rate must be kinda low since it is sometimes jumpy. Any advice on how to reduce this jumpyness? It shouldn't be jumpy as it's not like I'm playing Crysis...

I realise now that my mouse is completely unrelated to that, I just thought it shared a bus with my cpu/graphics card. Back on topic, can anyone advise me as to whether this would help my stuttering issues?
