And there's the reaction he was looking for.

Indeed, it was amusing for about 5 minutes though. I was just about to post

What you need is one of these

you might get an extra 5 fps in WoW

Ok I think some of you took what I said the wrong way. I'm not trying to upset or offend anyone, I just need some advice on what to upgrade to get a little extra performance out of WoW.
Thanks for the comments on vsync, I now understand why I only got 60 frames, and realise that my PC is fast enough to play WoW.
However, the minimum frame rate must be kinda low since it is sometimes jumpy. Any advice on how to reduce this jumpyness? It shouldn't be jumpy as it's not like I'm playing Crysis...

Yeah, someone called troll a while back, pretty much settled now. Quite a funny thread nonetheless.

EDIT: Perhaps a a brand new i7 setup could be the answer here?

People that have posted seriously in this thread, did you even read the OP!!?! He says he thinks his FPS issues might be related to his mousemat! Obvious joke from post No1

Well my mouse has 2000-DPI, so ideally my GPU would have 2000 stream processors so each precision dot could be handled seperately. I'm told it should run on a 4870 though, since the clock is fast enough to run 2 or 3 dots per stream processor almost simultaneously. Maybe more speed is required though, I'm just concerned as the 280 has less stream processors and that's obviously quite essential in what kind of periferals I can use.
I will be changing my mouse though, look at this baby

It was his mouse not his mousemat :p
