Why would pigeonhole yourself like that though? Surely if you find someone attractive, what does their race have to do with it?

It's not racist to find certain people unattractive, but it would be stupid to say "I'd never go out with a black/asian girl" out of principle.

I think its fair to say that if you just don't fancy ethnic girls then you really shouldn't worry about being called racist, its ridiculous.

I only think its questionable, and a bit surprising, if you pass up on a chance with a woman you find attractive just because of her race. Its a bit blinkered in my opinion.

if you want to get into a serious relationship and you can't see your self for instance marrying a black woman and would prefer a white woman, even if you find both attractive, is that racist?

I'm naturally going to be sceptical about any guy my sister starts dating. I don't know why I'd be more sceptical about her going with a person of a different race. Maybe I am still thinking along the lines of "he's from a different culture, therefore he might not treat her as well."
