Not seeing a massive difference with 4K

im not sure if it would work just the theory if you enabled DSR 4k resolution first in control panel then upscale from projector maybe image quality will be better if it possible .

I don't know about a projector but on a TV going from 1080p to 4k makes a huge difference to me in gaming. Playing on PS4 looks horrendous now at 1080p on the same screen!

Input lag and low frame rates are a bit of a problem but on balance I personally prefer the higher res. As 4k matures and more powerful GPUs come out to drive that res at higher frames it will be fantastic!

There is a huge difference between 1080 and 4k. I wouldnt get anthing less than 4k in thr future. Only problem is i had 2x 970 and couldnt hit no where near max setting on games.

So you'd experience the performance hit of 4k but not the quality gain? Why on earth would you do this? Just set your resolution to 4k...

no you got me wrong i was trying to say if he can use dsr 4k and then use his projector to project on the wall instead 1080p and up scaling it on the wall if it possible.

thats what i meant to say not.
