Sounds great, I need to check out this band. What on earth does this sentence mean though - "Near the minute mark, Earth incorporate one of the biggest shocks of their quarter-century: a vocalist, one of the first to lace around their instrumentals since Kurt Cobain."

Yep. Kurt was a friend of Dylan Carlson (main guy behind Earth) and sang on one of their early demo tracks. It was Dylan's shotgun that Kurt blew his brains out with.
