My mini guide has not changed yet - anyone elses? Also, how much is this V+ thing then? Install fee? Monthly charge?

When I got it it had a £75 installation charge and £10 a month if you were on the family pack, or £15 if you weren't. You could also keep your existing box for another £5 a month on top of your normal TV bill.
