Number of processes you run Windows with?

Saying that though it's never slow or anything and I have 47 processes on average (plus pc never gets turned off!)
Gaming/Encoding/Movies/Music etc all done one after another if need be!

on boot mine sits at around 23 tasks. could gte it down to sub 20 if i closed firefox etc!

I can't terminate anything currently active, seriously I multitask allot and use every program running - I am not a novice user in this area in the slightest heh, you should see how clean and smooth running my system is and organised
The point is my curiosity if you read the first post and how you find your system with that amount. If you run 59 processes and your system runs fine, all the more power to you. No one ever said running more processes will equate to your own personal system being sluggish.Clarkey said:
