preferably for me guys it'd be after the 13th of may (my 18th birthday), else i'd be driving slightly dodgy i think (im sure ive read somewhere that you need to be 18 to drive on the continent?). Of course it's to suit the majority not the minority, so if you still choose early may, ill have to look up on the laws more.

i should be o.k. on most dates, but agree that 5 days is fine. bank holiday might be good to avoid taking an extra day off work

Er im working the end bank holiday in May and on evenings/weekend before that so this 1st one is perfect for me.
