I'm looking at the Palit GeForce GTX 260 (GX-004-OE). I'm guessing its 3D capable since anything above the 8800GTX should be, what I'm wondering is do you also need the 3D Vision now module?

You do need the 3D vision module too.

You really shouldn't be buying a GTX260 now though, they're old tech and expensive too.

I heard fermi can eye infinity like things as well as 3d, so two worlds into one, AMD should have protected that.

anyways, you will still need the module/glasses and 120Hz monitor/s

See if you can find the gigabyte 260 Super Overclocked if you do want to get a 260 - they are faster than most 4890 models.

And they have 1x HDMI with HDMI 2 DVI dongle, 1x DVI and 1x VGA which is pretty handy.

well what else is he supose to buy from nvidia for 3d use, mmm maybe thier best bang for buck card that is in thier currant lineup, oh that would be the gtx 260 then.

That would be a patent - and in this case unenforceable...

Infact I doubt they could copyright the name eyefinity come to that... maybe but its quite close to the useage guidelines.

Depends how they word it in the copyright really.

didnt use it for long , but have managed to watch a few films and play a bit of batman AA with the glasses and never had an issue with headaches, but maybe different people have different sensitivity levels.
