NVIDIA ‘Ampere’ 8nm Graphics Cards

The 3080Ti will be coming id have thought, as from the rumoured pricing, the price gap is too big between the 3080 and 3090, its around $600, where as from the 3060, up to the 3080, its only about $200, so can bet your bottom dollar, another card will be slipped into that $600 gap.
Yeah I think nv will wait to see what big navi brings to the table. If the 3080 is around 2080ti performance and it gets pipped by big navi then roll out 3080ti.

Forgive my ignorance mate I never actually knew what the difference between Founders cards and other cards, I'm sure I read somewhere the founder cards are slightly higher clocked? Maybe I'm mistaken as I need to decide if I'm going to go for one or wait.
Thanks

Founders cards have always been well made and in the past have been some of the better overclocking cards.

I was talking about the price gap. There is a big gap between the 2080Ti and the Titan RTX. If the 3090 takes the place of the Titan, the price gap may not be something that gets filled.
To Kaaps the price gap probably only looked like 6-7% anyways :p

Well is $1400 is true then that will be £1250 in the UK for the founders and then the AIB cards will be £1200 (clown card) to £1500 (asus, HOF,EVGA FTW etc)
It won't it will be AT LEAST £1400 in the UK for the FE and £1500+ for the AIBs (Asus at £1899). I've not bought a card that was cheaper than £1=$1 in the last decade.

I’ve thibg for sure is I’m not jumping on the early release this time or pre ordering gonna wait for zotac the king.

Meh. In the recent iterations of Nvidia cards there has been so little difference between AIB manufacturers that I have given up on that. The only reason I bought a Zotac last time was it was actually cheaper than the rest available.

I would normally wait for EVGA FTW versions but last time EVGA took about 3 months to actually get their card out and when it finally arrived it didnt overclock or cool any better than anybody else's cards and came with a massive proce premium.

People were better off just buying the cheapest reference based card with the longest warranty.
