I have to say I was not expecting such a good overclock. the 970`s look like the best option price wise and performance. You don`t seem to get a lot more for your money on the 980.
Are NVidia going to offer any free games on the run up to holidays.
 
Any chance that the Borderlands bundle from the 7xx series can carry over to these cards? :D

Scarily tempted by the 970 since my 780ti met an untimely end..
 
Is the cooler on that GALAX 970 the same as the 980 stock cooler? If so I might be tempted :D
 
Asus is asking more then evga on reference design? They are out of their mind right? Will go evga any day of the week! The 970 acx is so tempting!

I didn't realise these were being released today! I just spent over £300 on a KFA2 GTX 780 a couple of days ago! I'm tempted to send it back now. What are the requirements for sending something back under DSR? I bet the GTX 780 prices will drop soon too...

EDIT: would a 750W SuperFlower Leadex Gold handle a pair of 970s?
 
What on earth have Inno3D done with their iChill cooler?

It looks terrible. And it has a random tiny fan for added noise. And its ****** red and black.
