The CS people didn't know, as the cards had arrived, but they'd not been all scanned and logged onto the warehouse inventory until the evening, and the CS guys can only go by what their inventory database says.

We should find out more tomorrow.

surely they would have a delivery invoice showing the number of items in the delivery? I guess the delivery may contain other things though. oh well, lets see where we are in the morning
 
TUF are nowhere to be found.lol. honest retailer would not sell.something that they dont have. Once card is released it is not a pre order anymore lol, it is backorder. Why would you be doing this to retail customers. Oh my.
 
I've said it repeatedly, they need a community manager, or at least to let one of the CS team wear that hat a couple of hours a day. Give a few "heres how it stands" updates a week, and answer questions. Gibbo is their buyer, but he is the one having to deal with keeping us updated AND chasing suppliers. If he just kept a file updated and someone else used it to give us detailed updates and could ask him questions when things aren't clear they give a MUCH better impression. I'm still not convinced they are doing as massively worse stock wise vs their competitors as some people think they are, I wonder if the competitors are just much better at updating people, managing expectations, and letting people know things have shipped.

Yup couldn't agree more. Its entirely possible that their stock is in line with others but due to much larger queues there's more customers to voice complaints.

Its something that, having said community manager, could be addressed. As it stands now though, on the surface it looks like they're in a much worse position and its really not reasonable of them to expect their customers to figure this out.

Especially when they have this forum as a platform to communicate so easily where as other competitors had to make platforms to communicate.

I'm not sure that is accurate with them keep deleting blocks of pages, but I'm telling you I read his post, said he has spoken with the Aorus rep and confirmed there was a delivery
