Most likely was tbh. He's super power hungry, threatened me with a ban before and I've seen him be pretty hostile and even mocking other customers. Incredible that OCUK doesn't take disciplinary action, considering this is customer support and they literally represent the company. He's the one who solidified my decision to never make another pre-order from OCUK again
