I think that the DPD Next Day was the default (and only) option for the cards? I can remember not having any other choice.

In the time I've been waiting I've passed the line to get free shipping due to forum membership (250 posts and 3 months or 100 posts and 12 months), tempted to see if I can get a refund on the shipping now... won't try until I at least have the card in hand though, don't want to cause issues.
