To be honest I was pretty chill about waiting thinking would maybe have my card by November maybe December as my current system is okay at moment but getting vibes that it aint gonna come until 2021 is starting to nag at my patience. Although I am in a predicament as would like to search elsewhere but dunno how long a refund will take and I havn't got the cash to spare to put upfront for another purchase if I get lucky like some of the guys on here, and snatch one from the eternal abyss of the internet.
 
Any update on the 3080 eagle oc? haven't had an update yet and I spent over 40 mins waiting for someone to answer my call earlier. I believe im around 210 in the queue but im hoping to see that number fall today. Any help would be awesome!

Well guys, it's been fun, will probably hang around here every now & then to see what's happening, but put in a cancellation for my STRIX 3080 OC today (was 17th in queue, so enjoy the 1 person bump!) after waiting nearly 2 months to bump from 36th to 17th I've realized I won't be able to hit the deadline for myself before I start content creating for next gen stuff especially after hearing no news of any STRIX turning up this week and nothing confirmed for next (spoke with Customer Service on Discord), I've however ordered a Palit Gamerock OC from elsewhere that'll be with me in a couple of days (Not quite a STRIX but I thought it'd be fun to get something eccentric to unbox that also performs better than you'd expect). Hope the situation improves for everyone else ASAP!

87th this week. The weekly cancellations are starting to gain pace!

A key (reliable) competitor hinted that they'll have surplus stock of the OC versions by the 20th for less money than I put down with OCUK for the non-OC version.
 
Actually got my queue position 9th on XC3 Ultra queue. Had already sent my web note in for cancellation though so someone's getting bumped up with a chance in that 'small' batch of EVGA Gibbo sent the update about.
 
So the 3080 drop lasted 2.5 min, I got as far as placing it in my basket then it got removed after I logged in, never to be seen again. So I said F*ck it, I bought 3090 ;-) I’m planning to purchase Oddysey G9 49” monitor so every xtra frame will count. Card supposed to arrive on Monday, then I will run some tests and will have to decide what to do. I’m in the queue for 3080 TUF OC >700 so will be considering if I should. canceling it and move on.
