Also OCUK - Pretty shady to kick people out of the queue that are on hold at 5:30pm.

Worked in a few call centres in my youth and if we had calls waiting we always cleared them before going home.

Been in the queue to discuss my 3080 order since 17:15, at 17:32 someone answered, didn't say anything, then put me back in a queue before disconnecting me.

Leaves a very bad taste in customer's mouths and needless to say I personally wouldn't use you in the future.

So I ordered both a tuf 3080 and 3090 from you on release day.
Was advised that I may wait months and to change to a different card.

I did this on the 21st Sept and was given position 4 for a pny 3080, lost my watch dogs code saw a hike in the 3080 price, and dropped the 3090 order, so be it.


So here we are 2 months later, you say 10 cards where arriving this week.
Then today people in positions 1, 2 and 3 get shipments, I hear nothing, I then learn from discord that 4 pny 2080 s where checked in today,
I then further learn that another customer had also transfered to pny in October, with an initial high position in the queue that then reduced to position 3 ?

I'm sat here on the ***kin phone for over an hour with no one at your offices picking up ,
Man I have been so patient but I'm losing my rag , wtf are you doing , where is the mysterious 4th card that was checked in and due to me , and w*f are you doing bumping me over for someone else in the queue a month later then me ?

Whats going on what the flying **** are you lot doing

And while we are at it, where have the remaining 6 disappeared to.

You are not allowed to order two cards??

Each week I'm moving that much closer to the promised land boys!

TUF OC 158 -> 135. I started at position 229.

Starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel and I optimistically hope it drops before Cyberpunk.

Mate i was on the phone waiting since 4 and i didn't get through i swear they just ignored their phones i wanted to upgrade my delivery to tomorrow instead of monday but f'd if i could get through
will just have to wait till monday which isnt as bad i suppose
 
Tuf 3080 (non-OC) - ordered on launch night - went down from 630 to 593. I haven't seen any notifications they had any non-oc in so im guess 37 people jumped ship.
