*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

ASUS did put a vague statement up on twitter though. that'll keep us all going for another two months.
LOL yeah. Presumably they sent slightly more detail to Gibbo and his team for him to publish that ASUS have unbalanced distribution across Europe and UK. This seems to be some kind of closed admission of a failure on ASUS part.
However, in their posts they did say all cards are in production, but without numbers or percentages, who knows the split. It would be good to know their binning numbers then we could make an educated guess to the split.

It's insane to me how almost 2 months on cards are mostly still only coming in in batches of 20-30 here and there, and still not even of every card. Not had my queue placement update email yet, but last week I was 130th or so in line for an Eagle. That means in 2 months I have moved about 90 places, almost all of them cancellations, and with the inconsistency of deliveries, it honestly feels no closer to getting one today than it did 8 weeks ago when I was 200+ in the queue

EVGA not sending out XC3 Gaming or black editions. That's EVGA crossed off my future purchase list. I'm ******.

that sucks dude, but i expect it will be the start of more incoming stock over the next few weeks, fingers crossed. but just like many other companies OC Versions will be prio :(

Trouble is, every single AIB including NVIDIA have behaved the same. I expect NAVI will be the same as the same AIBs are involved. Only if previous patterns follows the NAVI will not be usable for a few months after release while they fix their drivers for the real world, or wait for Intel's gaming card that is being implied across the industry. The way things are going, I would get a comparative Intel GPU earlier than my ASUS TUF NON OC.

most jokes thing for me is over time I've really come to hate the look of the Eagle, it's not even the version I want looking back :D
I think that is what thebizniz was talking about earlier. I have had similar thoughts about the card measuring up to the hype and be disappointing like one of the movies. However, the people that have had their cards are really happy with them, which is more than just relief.

Mind you, for me, the Eagle is not the best looking, or the worst.
