*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

Ocuk competitor the one that’s nvidia’s preferred partner also has them in stock all day today and there £225 cheaper!
Ocuk are literally over charging by £225!! It blows my mind how ocuk thinks this is ok.
I literally can’t believe what I’m saying OCUK are charging £1699.99 for the zotac RTX3090 Trinity and the competitor that can be bothered to update the customers daily “I now it’s crazy” are charging £1474.99 both cards are in stock

This is outrageous OCUK are price gouging there customers £225!!!

I have to wonder that OCUK”s suppliers think of this scalping. Any moral company would be disgusted

I had a card on order since day one and thought I would get another (got one sourced from a competitor 2 weeks ago) to give to my Bro. I have since cancelled this 2 days ago, how long for the refund to land?

Hopefully this is not seen as a competitor as they are on the other side of the world in Australia. I am posting this link just to show you that it is possible to show people how many orders have been fulfilled / ETA. Maybe it can give OCUK an idea to put something similar on this site.

Requesting mods allow this to stay up, it is not a link to their webstore, just a Knowledge Base article.

If we're being honest, there's no defending that type of price gap, regardless of whether or not you are an OCUK sympathiser or not. As you say, that's no better than those using bots with the sole intention of scalping. The sooner I'm done with this transaction the better.

Don't look at an intel 10900k then.
5-6 weeks ago they were £479.99, now they're £698.99.

That's a near 50% increase in price:eek:

Coupled with the fact that Nvidia have a track record of c*cking consumers over with their product stack to get one up on AMD. Just make a decent product that is value for money and available so that your customers can give you the money for you to profit. Imagine the buyers remorse when they release a 3090ti in less than a year for a lot less...

Does MSI stopped to produce 3080?? 2 ir 3 weeks without MSI gaming x trio updates.
It's doesn't look good. There's been very little movement at all, and no news whatsoever from MSI this month. At least Evga buyers know that delays might be because of USA prioritisation, or the red led of death, Gigabyte buyers had a rep update, Asus buys had a rep update. MSI have just been silent during the whole supposed ramping up in Nov - the competitor who gives us info, has no eta either. And the queue is probably as big as the tuf one.

Couple that with the incoming suprimX, which looks like what the gaming x should have been, has me thinking that i'll just end up cancelling this. There seems zero chance of a pre-christmas delivery despite having a day 1 order.

At least there's 10+ stock of water blocked Inno 3080s instead of the X2/X3/X4s that didn't exist.

And there is nothing "moral" in business. OCUK doesn't have a monopoly on these cards (clearly). In a competitive market, consumers should buy from the cheapest option leaving the more expensive supplier with no revenue.
