We need input from all of the AIBs and Nvidia. I do not know or understand why they are being so aloof to the whole problem. If they do not want to talk to us direct through their supply chain, they could just do a press release across the industry. It is being left out in the cold by these companies that we have committed millions of pounds to that hurts and leads to conspiracy theories.

My ask is to be open and honest. Even if it will upset many, it will be short lived than long term of nothing building frustration.

I'm position 13 (I feel your pain, started at 75) and have had no such indication, I'm now hoping that there'll be enough arrivals soon to get sorted, would be interesting to see if anyone else in the same Q got that notification, could give an idea of where we're at....

It was a private message from customer service when I made a query.
 
I'm in the TUF non OC queue. It really is a cancellation movement day. Over the last couple of months I have moved from 1700 (ordered on 21st Sep) to around 850 with no deliveries that I have been aware of. Let's see where we are today when I get my mail.
 
Not sure where to post this so just giving it a go here: what's the best way for me to cancel a non-Ampere pre-order? I see they say webnotes are super backed up.

Wow...I really hope this isn't the case...So much for ramping up production eh and being a major player? I am 77 and if OCUK can't muster 100 cards of the flagship card of the brand then this is my last purchase with them. @GIGA-Man what happened to the "Very large" shipment of GB OC that were due? @GIGA-Man -Man what's happening with the promised shipping updates please?

I was told to phone and cancel due to the webnotes taking so long. I was in a queue for over 50 mins and then spoke to someone for about 10 mins and got charged almost 12 quid!

I complained to ocuk about this and this is the snarky reply i got this morning...
"A phone cannot tell the difference between somebody waiting in a queue, or speaking to an advisor - it's not intelligent enough to make that distinction. A call is a call as far as it's concerned.

They are chasing their tails..IF they were more transparent I bet half of those web notes wouldn't be there...It's simple really...muppets.

For me personally that doesn't make sense at all, my view:

Nvidia were taken by surprise at AMD uplift and had no response ready in time.

The 3070/80/90 was never about selling cards, it was about not bleeding sales to AMD and being disruptive until Nvidia comes back with the Ti with Ti prices, because you can bet the Ti aint the mythical $650 msrp, more like $999 and by the time AIB cards land $11-1400 price range.

It's been planned and market this way from the beginning.
 
I phoned OC pretending i was a new customer. They told me palit and pny deliveries have been rare and the fastset queue is zotac with 50 coming in regularly every week for past few weeks. If i was to purchase one i would get it in around 2 weeks as current queue is 57.

Well im not new im old and im position 25. So pleassse zotac lets gooooo come onnnnnn
