If they are lieing then they are lieing to get sales. Because i phoned them as a potential customer trying to buy a 3080 card on the 4 that were available for preorder. They were palit pny and 2 zotec options.
He said zotac OC 3080 has been coming in. And 50 per week so i should get my card in 2 weeks roughly. Now obviously i already had purchased 2 weeks ago.
But different information when you call each time
Yes planes don't fly into ports........thanks for that.
The contents however still get stored and need to be sorted and sent out to corresponding warehouses.
Medical equipment is getting priority and there is a current influx (even bigger than weeks ago) of it.

It’s so sad watching this from the sidelines. I was there with you a few weeks ago, I cancelled strix OC #103. This seems to be one of the worst queues. I was lucky enough to grab a fe in the 6th Nov drop. I’m prepared to do forum jail time if necessary, to try and help out....If you can, get on the partalert groups using telegram app, and similar discord groups including the Nvidia one. There was fe drop 3070 and 3090 this week in UK, and 3080s in Germany (for euro drops, you can use a mail forward company like mailbox.de). I would expect a 3080 fe drop in uk is coming soonish, and you’ll get the card in 1-2 days after order. I have found telegram pings through before discord and this makes all the difference. For anyone wondering, FE cards are awesome, and the AIB premium does not really offer too much more IMO. If you get a chance on an fe, jump on it with no regrets. Best of luck, chaps and chapess’s. Out of curiosity, when did you order the Palit? Was thinking of jumping on that queue. or the OC version (as the excel spreadsheet suggests its smaller)
