*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

New update on a competitor's website detailing the breakdown of pre-orders per model of GPU - makes interesting reading for what the popular models are...

Just noticed this too and what an easy way to keep there customers updated. If OC did this then it would get rid of a lot of speculation and frustration. Why aren't they doing it?

Yeah it looks that they will get completely through their queue long before OC get past the 1st days orders. Eg. My 5:30pm 17th Sept order has me at position 412 for the Gaming X. They're entire gaming X backorder is only 150. So it looks like certrain cards will start to come on sale at competitors long before a lot of people get their back orders from OC.

And MSI have basically done nothing in November so far. So much for ramping up.

Other site say only 47 people still awaiting their Asus Tuf OC. Am presently queue position 340 with Overclockers.

I have reason to believe OCUK haven't received one shipment of TUF non-oc yet. I started at 15 in queue and am now 11th (I presume due to cancellations). I guess i'll never know if the card I ordered is discontinued or not, because they literally wont release information about it.

asked in discord and apparently they've had some shipped

Hi everyone,
Just one last post before I disappear, in case anyone is thinking of cancelling and wondering how long it will take.
I submitted my cancelation form at 16:20 today and got a cancellation confirmation from OcUK at 16:47. Now just waiting for Amazon Pay to process the refund, but so far quick and hassle-free... unlike trying to buy or get any gpus from this place.
I was 133 in the last Strix 3080 non-OC queue update (last friday), so for those who were behind me, I wish you quick deliveries or hassle-free refunds, whichever you ultimately go for.
Off to leave this traumatic customer experience behind and live a less stressful life with my Aorus Master sourced from somewhere else.
See ya!

well after seeing a competitors detailed list and the fact another place seem to havew cards pop up regular for lower prices than OCUK and the destinct lack of clarity first thing tomorrow im done! i will still use OCUK for some stuff but never will i be pre ordering from here again

so anyone on the TUF OC list above 271 you will be moving up a place! :)

would it be within the rules to post a rival's stock table with names redacted as an illustration of what to expect from a professional outfit?
The one thing that I read underneath that table struck a chord with me "WE HAVE LISTENED TO YOUR FEEDBACK"... OCUK have nothing but sheer contempt for their paying customers...

My reading of the rules is that you must not write anything that might encourage or direct other forum users towards a competitor. That includes mentioning the names of competitors and URLs of their websites. However, as far as I can see, the rules do not say anything about discussing standards of communication you expect from OCUK or giving examples of what you consider to be good communication.

Having said that, staff at OCUK and many people who frequent this forum know very well which competitors and what tables you are referring to. If OCUK were to publish similar tables, their ability to deliver on backorders would make them look extremely unappealing, even before you take into account the number of orders they took. They know they have taken far too many orders and some manufacturers seem to have directed all their shipments to OCUK competitors. It makes you wonder: do they have some bills to pay before they can receive further shipments?
