*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

Still in 1621 queue position for the Asus Tuf Non-OC (ordered the 24/09/2020 at 17:05), no updates since then. I just hope to get it before the end of November or this year.

I see at the other place that a restock is delayed until 19th Oct for the previous and current week.
I'm assuming this will be similar at OCUK and it is possible there is a plan to supply a large batch in one hit. This could be an attempt to restrict people from scalping the small batches on auction sites.
It would make sense for all manufacturers to ship the products out in the same way. The more products that go out in small batches, the more temptation there is for customers to take advantage and sell for large profits.
Obviously we are awaiting larger stock levels by shipment, but it is just a guess that stock is being held back for when they arrive...At least I'm kind of hoping that is the case. Lol :D
I’ve just got a 2070 super on Amazon to use till my card comes, return extended to 31st January 2021 no brainer really

Excuse my ignorance but is there a way to find out the length of a return window before purchasing? I thought most items had a standard 30 day window.
All items purchased during October and November have a return period up until that date, it says before you order I think

Extended holiday return window

This item can be returned
For the 2020 holiday season, returnable items shipped between 1 October and 31 December can be returned until 31 January, 2021

the policy says unused though? Are you able to take them out of the box and put them back without any signs of use?

Thanks very much for the info. I will go and take a look.

Fair play. Perhaps if the extended returns policy applies to used cards as well then that is the safer bet?
I think there’s little to no risk, they don’t even check the box from what I’ve been told they just match the weight and if it’s right it goes to those Amazon auctions

also to add all I’m going to say is it was a Christmas gift and it doesn’t fit

Well now im in for 2 gigabyte cards lol, 865 in the queue for eagle and now joined the queue for the vision OC, since it seems to be way shorter then the eagle.

Now that the Nvidia store has stopped selling FE's and stopped making them available to Europe full stop, it really does show how messed up this launch has been.

I just don't think there will be the new Nvidia or AMD cards in supply before Christmas unless you have bought a queue number...
