*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

This is beyond taking a ****. This is a second time where we, owners of Gigabyte Gaming OC, are being skipped. People get updates even when their queue position does not change (to you shills, don't even try to tell me otherwise, just read above posts) but we are being skipped for a second time. And this is definitely not just a Gigabyte things as other models from them get email updates. @Gibbo can you push someone to give us a bone here?

I got a gigabyte email and moved up the queue 50 places for Eagle OC.

Cancelled my order at 586 for Asus Tuf Non OC. I could have had a 3090 3x over (had OC not taken money instantly without product).
Not to mention ATI soon, 20gb. no game codes, and now a confirmed 3000 series optimisation shrinkage coming soon in 2021.

Would rather have options open to me for newer cards. *Salute and good luck*

This place is a *** show. Almost a month of waiting for a graphics card which has moved 27 places and now they screw up a monitor order I made yesterday due to a potential "site error". Been a customer off and on for years here but I'm likely done now.

Whine whine, good riddance to me the noob, etc etc

This is a reply i had from Asus UK, Pretty much nothing new.

Hi,

Please see below, I hope this information helps.

We are aware that RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 card demands significantly exceeded supply, which can cause frustration for many who have been looking forward to our new cards.

So we'd like to show you some measures we've already taken to ensure that all the GPUs we're getting into the right hands as soon as possible: yours!

✅ Delivery without detour

All available GPUs will be assembled and tested on our cards asap (up to 144 hours). Afterwards, the finished cards are delivered directly from the factory to the UK. So some stopovers are eliminated and we save valuable time.

✅ From real gamers...

Our graphics cards are designed for PC gaming. We have no interest in them being used for anything other than gaming. We therefore only deliver our RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 cards to shops that we know sell directly to private customers.

✅... for real gamers

We recommend the shops we work with to issue only one card per customer. In addition, trusted accounts are preferred.

What's next?

Due to the enormous demand, which even exceeded the highest expectations, we have to ask for a little patience.

We are constantly bringing in new stock as frequent as possible. Please ensure that you’ve signed up for notifications with your preferred retailer to place your order so you're not disappointed.

We hope you can all understand that we are doing everything in our power to get the new cards to you guys as soon as possible.

Thanks

Becky

This is a reply i had from Asus UK, Pretty much nothing new.

I've had exactly the same e-mail from ASUS this afternoon, after seeing JJ in the US say that ASUS weren't making the Strix Non-OC right now, and then the ROG UK Facebook saying all cards are being made equally, I thought asking for a clarification of one or the other is a legitimate question to ask... but get fobbed off with a clearly copy and pasted response. Pretty poor showing from ASUS tbh.
