Stock issues with AIBs getting chips from Nvidia = Nvidia's issue
Reviewers getting drivers for 30 series cards before AIBs = Nvidia issue

Ordering 30 series card from overclockers..... - read about large delay to receive item - hmm OK happy to order and wait = customer given choice to even order given the GFX situation - if they do order can cancel whenever. And if you spend upwards of 1k without doing 5 mins research or reading tough
If they stop taking orders like competitors it does not speed up their deliveries does it
 
Just to reiterate to those still in a queue of thousands. I cancelled 3 weeks ago and found one elsewhere at rrp within 3 days. Food for thought.

I know this great shop that sells chips. Give them your money, then 2-6 months later they will deliver your chips. But whatever you do, don't ask them where your chips are. They get mad. And other chip shop customers get mad, too.

Soo Gibbos update means that OCUK has secured 0 inno3d x3 and x4 3080.

How can they be taking back orders? They don't know when or even if they can secure the stock as of yet...

You blame Nvidia but they haven't sold the card, its OC that have oversold them irrespective of what happens up the chain so there is no one else to blame. Nvidia sell one 3080 and is only available when it is in stock.

We all know there's a shortage of chips, but so do OC yet they continue to take orders (something that Gibbo stated was a business decision). People aren't being informed upfront (not everyone checks forums and the like), if they are going to continue pre order then grow some balls and put on each card page the current queue numbers, people should not be finding it out after. The complete customer service nightmare is all Nvidias fault as well I guess though!!!
 
I've cancelled my gigabyte eagle order as I've procured a 3070 to hold me over till AMD releases their gpus, its been a fun ride with you but the communications here were awful. I hope the eagles arrive soon for you guys, but I really can't keep up with this and the unknowing, my position was 54 by the way :)

Waiting is one thing, but for a great many of us we're seeing almost no movement, if any, in our queue's. I've been position 10 in my queue for three weeks now. So there's quite literally no progress for many of us at the moment, even small movement is still movement.

I think they have had 2 Inno3D 3080 x4 in last month as my queue no dropped from 27 to 25 :s
