Someone at ocuk really needs to explain where these cards that reps are saying turned up are going.
Either the queue system is wrong so there were actually people in front of the ones on here in first place that didn’t get them, stock walks out the door at ocuk warehouse, they are going into pre builds even though it’s been denied or staff are being allowed to buy up stock (more than one per staff, I believe in perks of jobs) for personal use or to stick on eBay.

For what it's worth that's a £500 palit basic 3070 card vs a £900 aorus master top-end(ish) card. But I can't imagine a fancy cooler has that much of an impact. The trade was my master for the palit and £500 though, so worth it to sit on a 3070 for a few weeks
Both cards still net me 144fps in Apex Legends on max, but I'm hoping to upgrade to a 240hz monitor soon and I don't think the 3070 would keep up
I have just had confirmation via Web Note that Call of Duty: Cold War codes are not valid for purchases of any 30 series GPU from OCUK.
Disappointing, I have just asked if I will still get the Watch Dogs code.
So what's the case if the old promo shows as part of my order. Is it reserved or will I not receive it ?

Most companies are not taking preorders so no long queue for cards so just look elsewhere. Managed to get two cards in the same day when I stopped waiting for gibbo to pull his finger out. Just sign yourself up to the stock tracking discord and telegrams.Classic, So just spoke to someone at ocuk, no1 has any idead about when any Inno3D 3080s will arrive. I am 24th in the que after struggling with a crashing website for 2 hours. so they have the times logged of everyones order.
i asked, "if there are no Inno3d cards coming and you have zero idea of when they coming can i change my card" - Yes you can change your card, by cancelling your order and going to the BACK of the que for another brand (most likely a major brand and be like 1,000th in the que cause they still selling preorders)
the whole 35 minutes on hold all Overclockers ads seemed to talk about was ther great customer care. i know they are having a hard time but if your still seen to be selling pre orders faster than you are fufilling those that have purchased already its pretty suss.

I *think* the WD redemption ends at the end of this month though.

I placed an order on launch for the Ichill x4 and found out it was never processed and was told to reorder. Ordered on the 2nd of October and was placed 74th in queue. When I finally got through to customer service I asked about the £50 price increase as I ordered on launch and was ignored then I asked about my queue position and was told I'm lucky to be below 100

Hey man. When is another shipment coming? Curious to see.how many cancellations there were on asus tuf no OC.
I don't think your correct; if their posts online are correct they have received and shipped far more Asus cards than Overclockers.
I can only tell you no one in the top three have cancelled.... or received a card
I'm just now joining the back of the queue for a Strix OC from another site. Lets see which I actually manage to receive...

They've shipped over 500 Asus cards since this all began, OCUK have hit nearly 600 Total across all brands, is what I was referring to

I've been building PC's for over 30 years and dont get the recent trend for putting glass panels on the side and lighting it up like Blackpool illuminations.
I tend to look at the screen when using a PC.
