Ordered a palit gaming pro oc yesterday at mrrp and just received it

dont wait in a stupid line people they are readily available if you look around
 
Just spent 25 mins on hold waiting to speak with customer service and hung up in frustration. I was hoping to switch my order for a Zotac as they are showing as being in stock i.e. no queue...
Stuff that. OCUK, you can just refund me for my order and I'm cancelling my 5950x pre-order as well. This company has gone down hill.

Hangs up because you're on hold knowing full well that there will be a long wait

You can literally contact sales queries in the fourm and they can probably sort it for you. Why do you have to call every time, Stig gave me a quick reply with my query ans also considering there isnt a queue for it they can probably change your order.

Exactly, the response on the customer service forums has always been quick for me. Even more impressive given the current state of things.

Show some maturity and try engaging positively with those you don't know for a change and you might come across better. Or not... Either way I couldn't care less about your opinion.

"Due to the RTX 3080 launch we have a huge backlog of calls and webnotes. Please only contact us if urgent. RTX 3080 questions"

You see this? Or is this too much for you? Forum > OCUK Customer Service > Order Queries. Stig will be able to give you a quick reply.

Do you feel better now? Literally nobody cares.
Personally I don't feel the need to comment on what anyone else decides to do.
 
Ive made the desicion im just sticking it out, I must be posistion 150 now, with the 10 deliveries up coming and cancellations so im hopeful ill have it by christmas
If that does not happen then so be it, ill continue to wait and just play the games im able to right now. I do not have another 1700 to order from elsewhere and then cancel here so I do not have much choice
I congratulate everyone who already has a card. The only upside of it taking so long to arrive for me is.......... id have at least paid for the card
I had to borrow half the money before I made the order. Its time to start thinking about my next upgrade, anything to take my mind of this
 
Just had a shipping notification come through for the STRIX OC. I was position 19 in the queue as of last Friday, but was assuming I was position 7 after the 12 deliveries a couple of days ago.
