*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3090 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

Considering im 39th inline for a 3090 OC Strix i am hoping and praying they get at least 40 cards in on the 1st batch, my want has just got a lot worse as my new Monitor LG27GN950B arrived from Overclockers today:D and my 1080ti Strix just isn't cutting it in warzone at mid 65fps... i need that 150fps in 4k;)

on ASUS Germany page. They post daily updates of quantities and types of ASUs card dispatches going to the EU

Thanks Greebo. I can only see them talking about how they are definitely moving shipments of the OC Strix, then when asked about the non-OC, stating that the information they have divulged refers only to the OC version. But I cannot see anywhere where they are saying that no non-OC versions are being shipped. Only, as I say, that the information they have given refers to the OC.

I’ll take that as a glimmer of hope. Cheers. :p

I am on the same boat with you mate i am 37. Well established company like oc should receive 50 cards at least. if they cant get these numbers i don't think anyone can in the UK hence why i bought from them they have never failed me in the passed. But off chance if they don't i wouldn't hold it against them if they could i am sure they would.

I think this would be difficult to implement but i wonder how many people here would be happy with a 3090 regardless of the make? Or for instance would be happy with any ROG card such as the TUF and non OC if it meant getting one faster?

It’s an interesting question. Okay then. I ordered a ROG Strix, but I would also take...

An EVGA FTW3 Ultra
A Gigabyte Aorus Extreme
A Gigabyte Aorus Master

I would not switch to any other card even if it meant getting it sooner, but I would consider any of the above.

I don’t want to be a **** about it but I want what I ordered and paid for.

edit. Kind of mis-read original post I suppose it wouldn’t make much difference as I’ve ordered a strix oc

Good idea, i'm a little stuck as I have a strix waterblock purchased. But this may be a good option for folk to consider? A pool of alternative cards that queue numbers can select from

I would rather wait a few weeks and get a superior card like the rog strix. Especially considering I want to keep it for a few years so might as well get the best version.

Yeah i do hope they receive 50+ and start getting these orders fulfilled, yep i stuck with Overclockers as they have been good to me this year and used them for 90% of my build ... The i9 10900k wait was a bit of a killer as i ordered it on release day was 22nd in the que but due to no stock had to wait over a month  not Overclockers fault but i will say they were the 1st to actually get the thing in stock and it did eventually arrive:D

Yeh thats cool man just wondered if anyone would be happy to join an any 3090 list?

So for me i ordered the Strix 3090 non OC by accident so getting an Asus TUF card wouldn't exactly be any different for me really.

I'm at 15 for the Strix OC. However, one does ponder if say they get like 30/40 on Monday, how many of those will go to friends/pre-builds etc before they go to pre-orders.

Colour me cynical.

;)

well on the basis they talk about shipments all the time and have mentioned tuf cards been shipped previously and on Monday everywhere in Europe gets 3080 and 3090 oc and when asked they say it’s oc only, you can assume from that no none oc cards are on their way sadly.

they have also said somewhere these are the last until after the holidays

I dont think that would happen. if you want your customers to keep coming back you need to keep them happy as possible. I like to put my self in other peoples shoes. i wouldn't personally do this to any of my customers.

if the pre order build was put in before your order then yes. If not, they are reputable and it will be as per order queue

Well if it did happen you would have no way of knowing anyway.
