Someone on here ordered a 3090 master on the 7th January and said he's 22 In the queue, 9 cards where due in according the the stock thread, so don't know if he's 22 before or after the 9 ship out.

From Igor's lab.."I think the values speak for themselves. Personally, I don’t see any sense in running the cards at values above 350 watts. The extra power is marginal, and the cooling solutions are usually overtaxed by it." Might run a benchmark or two but for gaming probably Meh.

I own the KFA2 3090 SG and it's great at 1440p with everything cranked up to ultra it's whisper quiet which is important to me. In most gaming scenarios overclocking the 3090 results in < 5% performance so not really worth it.

I've been back and forth with it. The KFA2 is in my basket, will pull the trigger next week. Thanks for the info, you're right, I'm not even thay bothered in overclocking.
 
Sorry to bother you @Gibbo but just to ask if you have an idea if any Gigabyte 3090 Extreme stock is likely to arrive before February or are the same GPU issues present with the 3090 as there is with the 3080 supply? Thank you in advance.

Same im at 13 for 3090 tuf non oc was 14 for a few weeks. Been 13 for a few. The card never gets a memtion in any updates, no news on it, nothing re upgrades, all the other cards at least get mentioned

My card is mining ethereum whenever Im not using it, to psy for itself (eventually... and likely years sfter this bitcoin bubble bursts!) I get about £2 extra a day by pushing it (based on KWH prices of Octopus energy, minus the solar panels tiny help!)

Every little bit helps ...... helps me to reduce the guilt of soending so much on it....

completely unacceptable i raised that issue on 19tyh via customer service forums. i got the following reply on 21st

Thanks for sharing - we have had an update DPD regarding the situation and because we use the DPD Two Day service option and not the DPD Classic Europe to IE there shouldn't be any delivery complications for the time being.


OCUk needs to go back to DPD and remind them Northern Ireland is the ******* UK and not europe. they should be taking the hit and using an alternative carrier regardless of the cost to them (assuming your a NI customer and not Ireland

Why is there a delay in deliveries for a few days?? I ordered a 3090 on Monday, showing 10+ in stock and its still sat there in my orders saying 'not yet shipped'! Can't get to speak to anyone on the phone after waiting nearly 2 hours and gave up. Webnotes are replies in a couple of days too.

Because the company is experiencing a massive increase in orders volume and we cannot increase staffing levels, our warehouse staff count level has to remain a certain amount of staff to remain within Covid regulations and keep the staff safe.

Orders are typically delayed by 3-5 days at present.

I ordered some items last Thursday and still showing 'not yet shipped', spoke to CS and was told it should ship either today or tomorrow.

Asus 3090 TUF NONE OC - OK amount due which should clear all remaining back orders.
Asus 3090 TUF OC - Small amount due which will clear all backorders.
Asus 3090 Strix OC - Over 50 cards due, which will be used to reduced backorders.
