I am confident that tomorrow OcUK shall have the best range of 1080's online worldwide, I am going for no.1 worldwide with 1080 product range.
So will the aftermarket ones be available this afternoon?

As a business I can understand the wish to sell as many card as possible, but those result (I am guessing quick benchmark done in open bench for less than 10 mins) probably doesn't represent the "real" performance in normal scenario as when people using the card INSIDE their case and have their card stressed for more than 10 minutes?Did some DOOM benchmarks today the highlight was:
4k
980Ti EVGA SC
1080 FE
Both stock clocks, though 980Ti is clocked out the box, still the 1080 was 50% quicker at 4k, 60fps for FE 1080 and 40fps for 980Ti SC.
I was shocked by how much quicker the 1080 is at QHD and UHD.
I'm not convinced that the FE cooler can maintain those performance for longer than short benches, would be much better off wait for AIB partner's card with better custom PCB and cooler.

Wait for the non founders cards as there will probably be much cheaper cards with reference PCBs available. I know MSI and EVGA have made them in the past with the intention of users putting blocks on them. Like the KFA2 clown face card.
The evga superclock looks to be reference, couple of the zotac do as well.
