Hoping someone can fire up Flight Simulator 2020 and give us some feedback on FPS improvements with that, as that (and VR, CyberPunk) was the main reason I bought one.

Flight simulator 2020 is CPU limited it only uses four cores so a 3080 will help but not by much.

Ive ordered yesterday MSI GeForce RTX 3080 Ventus 3X OC 10GB GDDR6X PCI-Express Graphics Card ETA 18th of september. ETA is gone. Tried to contact customer service via phone/fb few times this morning no answer or whatsever. I cant even cancel order . Honestly

Flight simulator 2020 is CPU limited it only uses four cores so a 3080 will help but not by much.

Damn, you are right, not sure how I missed that! What a waste! they go to all of that trouble to create a ground breaking game and then limit it to 4 cores in the modern days of core count over clock speed. Great?! So VR on high is a bit of a pipe dream then. I'm sure they can patch that though right? you'd hope so. Still, I did get the 3080 for VR, so its should give me a boost over my 2080 Super.

I also contacted customer service via the forums yesterday and no answer so far. They've usually been very quick to respond there, but these are crazy times. I expect they're working hard to return everything to normal.

I ordered the TUF, didn't get order confirmation email, order doesn't show in my account but AmazonPay confirmed my payment, so I'm in limbo. I wish I had an order with no ETA

On launch day I placed a MSI G X Trio 3080 in the cart at 2:05pm by 2:16pm I managed to check out, continuous loading, refreshes, http errors, geez. One thing that worries me is Watchdogs Legion comes free with the card but u have to claim it before end of November and we all will be lucky if we get our cards by February 2021 lol

Same as me, if my order falls into the "you'll get a card at some point in the infinite future" bracket, then I'll cancel and wait for the 3090. I was half tempted to drop the big bucks on the 3090 anyway.

Just imagine 3080 is not out yet (which is true actually), wait until we see 3090 aib performance, wait until we see what amd has to offer and then buy something. By that time stock should normalise as well and you don't need to gamble.

I got my order in at 2:12pm yesterday and been notified that my order will be shipped when they get more stock ...... no eta. Not much information given on that so not very happy.

I thought there was stock yesterday with more coming today? Would appreciate a bit more clarity over that. If no ETA and could be months it needs to be made clear quickly.

Where did you see this? I've also pre-ordered one but assumed it would be a week or two...

It was on ****** site, they were saying that they didn’t expect stock of that card until 30th October. Off course OC may get some sooner.
