A few people got the 5080's one got a 5090... from an "unofficial" link, make of that what you will. Saw the 5080 in stock briefly as in blink and you'll miss it

Saw a 5090 FE in stock for a split second. Clicked buy, I was redirected to a unique page and when I clicked add to basket an error came out. Now there is no add to basket button

Nothing is certain until a physical product is actually pickled and shipped. Confirmation Emails, Payment Being taken etc all means nothing. I suspect there is a wave of a few 1000 Cancellation emails are about to do the rounds.

The problem is that the 5080 is such a small improvement over the 4080 Super, that I'll feel ripped off upgrading for anything other than a FE!

My first launch...managed to get a

I was ******** myself when I managed to add it to the basket. This is a huge upgrade for me as I have a 1060.

Will be going from Ryzen 1600 + 1060 6GB ---> 5700x3D + 5080



I kinda wanted to get the 5070 TI instead for cheaper but I just can't be bothered waiting anymore.

You know what, even though I'm not interested in one. I think it would be a good idea if all the loyal OcUK forum posters who want these high demand cards get as first pre orders, screw all the scalpers etc.
