Exactly what I got lol , shows pending as on my cc but no orders to cancel on the site.
Replying to myself but in order confirmation email expected delivery date column is red with no stock order cancelled but when i log into my account it still looks like all is good so i have no idea right now
I got this as well – I had a call from the place and they said it's now a pre-order, effectively, and they're expecting it to despatch on 12th March. She said they can see they'll have more stock then, so that's when we'll get ours.
What does it say when you log into your account and vuew orders
It times out and crashes when I view my orders… but I can see the item in my returns section. Not massively confidence inspiring!
Shows in my orders and my returns but not as a retun, just gives me an iption to return. No idea what is going on
