NVIDIA RTX 50 SERIES - (PRE)ORDER DISCUSSION **NO COMPETITOR HINTING**

Ncase M2 potentially? Yeah I’d love a C4 as well, I still have a small grudge against Dan for only ever releasing about 300 for the v1.

Yeah M2 in silver is the alternative. I want to get away from a riser cable and an AIO tbh. They work fine, I just really would prefer to move away from this sandwich style layout.

NR200P V2 but I would really like something without a riser and with an air cooler. They are expensive but I’m thinking of buying a McPrue. I would like a C4 v2 but it’s taking forever.

NCase M2 - I got one a few months ago. Also with the exchange rates being very good,it is £123 on their website:

I didn't get charged any extra fees either.

A very flexible case, but the assembly manual could do with being better.

5090 FE in stock....this is insane. There must be a lot of them. I'm sorely tempted, but my 4090 FE runs everything above 100FPS alongside my 9950X3D...and I'm concerned the 2nd hand 4090 price is going to tank after this.

What do you reckon? 4090 price stays above GBP 1600 on eBay?

Stock is plentiful now we have shipped over a 1000 5090 in June alone as we have pretty much manage to keep them in stock constantly which helps boost sales further. Let’s just say we’re very happy to be shipping over 1000 5090’s this month. :)

Thanks Gibbo - appreciate the insight :) Also pleased to hear that OCUK is doing well!

Received my 5090FE less than 24hrs from ordering AND free sat delivery. On the side of the 5090FE brown box (quite the change from the black 4090FE packaging) was a label saying it was number x of 248. So they had at least that many that lasted for just shy of 6 hours yesterday.

Only 6 months warrantee on the B-grade cards ? ouch.
6 months now? It used to be only 3.

Good, lets hope so! :p

I got my 5090 FE a few days ago but I haven’t taken it out of the box yet.

I can’t decide.

To me this whole generation is a bit of a let down. I really wanted more than 16GB, the idea of paying a grand for a 5080 with 16GB that isn’t faster than a 4090 seems a bit meh to me.

5070Ti is barely any faster in some situations than its predecessor.

It’s just a lot of money for a 5090 isn’t it. Can’t decide.

If you can afford it, no reason not to take it and use it. It's the fastest graphics card in the world, enjoy it!

6090 will be worse! You have the cheapest 5090. Unless you have a 4090 already? Enjoy.

Spending around £2000 or so on a GPU to play games.......has to be a personal choice.
When prices got to close to half that it became less of a desired choice for me.
Cost of course being the influence, but also the diminishing returns as I saw it, between a more midrange card and my actual enjoyment of the games I play, if I spent twice as much.

Good luck with your dilemma..!
