Nvidia's GTC 2014 Thread

For the record I've never once claimed anywhere there won't be 20nm gpu's.

I've said I can understand if they skip it(they should, they'll be meh and delay 16nm parts), and that if they do 20nm I can't see them doing the 290/titan replacements on it, only the 7970/680 sized parts on 20nm.

I have an hour at 4pm but then have to pop to the garage to pick up my daughters car but will do my best to keep everyone informed. At my age, it is hard to type quick and watch a conference :D
 
I'm still at work; while I could tech say I was looking at new hardware for servers; not sure if I'd fully get away with watching; unless I took a very late lunch LOL
 
I expect plenty of unreal engine 4 and torchlight goodness.

All this noise about dx12 and mantle, unreal engine 4 is the biggest news for me because of the sheer number of games affected by its introduction.
 
Been a while since GPUs took a jump big enough to generate a fizzy feeling - fingers X'd that they actually talk about Maxwell on 20nm today :)
