Well the NXE isn't out until tomorrow, so unless you applied for the preview program, just ignore it as one of those things.

If i was to borrow a game from my freind...could i burn it to my Hard Drive? How will this effect Rentals?

You still need the disk in the drive to check perform a check when you first start the game, it only takes a few seconds and then the disk stops.

Yes, if you eject the disk the console quits the game.

You need it in all the time, the game will exit if you remove the disc.

You still need the disc in the xbox to start the game up
