O2 have modified the FUP a little

It now includes downloads as well as P2P

It also says throttling at 50kb/s at peak times on the basic but now no reference to what is being throttled, could that be every thing?

The table is awful but I'm assuming that means Peak P2P..

Didn't it say "file downloads" originally?

no just Peer to Peer (P2P) activites e.g torrents no mention of files I find that an interesting change.

That's internal network traffic, nothing to do with internet useage

Im not getting any of this throttling at all and I think im on the cheapest option as we can only get 6.5mb

Is this not active yet?

Unfortunately thanks to IWF i cannot use many file servers like Megaupload

Who knows what they're doing at O2.

You can use mega by replacing www with ssl

Well actually it seems they've even blocked that now.

It sounds like a 3rd party block list is in place rather than O2's own censorship.
