Yep, it seems incredibly random.

Perhaps intent is to reduce load at 4-6pm, by having some people filling up their batteries during the lower demand period.

I mean it would still help reduce some of the most expensive generation if we load shift to earlier

I missed the email yesterday (they tend to come in 24 hours before the session)

Normally I would pick up the email within a couple of hours and post that the session is tomorrow as opposed to my post above saying it was today!

Windy as hell here, the turbines must be wizzing around locally
It almost seems sessions are 24 hours behind when I expect there is high generation

I'm on the lookout for some 2nd hand oil filled radiators. See them on marketplace for virtually nothing.

Would be handy to offload some gas heating to free electric when I can.

Later suits me better as I prefer full batts later in the day, but 3 hours is quite nice.
