I would have voted COD4 but the fact the enemy respawn until you get past a certain point changed my mind.

I didn't take Multiplay into account because thats always a second option for me, especially after playing CS for yrs with a mouse and keyboard playing against people with a pad would anger me.

There is no Metroid Prime 3, which is certainly better than a majority of other console games released.

It had the chance to be nominated and wasn't nominated by enough members. So general concensus is that it's not.

You won't regret it mate, it got my vote too. It really is that good. Some tough competition up there so it's got to be something special. The SP is fantastic..thrilling, fun and great story. The MP is superb as well, probably my most played online game on the 360 so far, it's taken me away from Mass Effect so it's doing something right.

another vote for cod4 here.

whilst not exactly groundbreaking in single player it was still great fun, however, the multiplayer is just superb. and the fact that it works so well out of the box, without needing any patches gives it another point from me!

i will still be playing cod4 online in a few months time, i know i will...it's that good online.

I would rather they didn't rush. The maps in it are all great maps, I'd like a new map pack of 8-10 and I'd happily pay upto £15-£20 for them.
