Phase change. 1.7v in bios. 1.68 in windows.

Good to see the GX2 as a comparison Fornowagain.


slightly OT. Managed my highest clock on the 8800GTX yesterday. 765/2000/1105. 53k in 03. :cool:
 
Fornowagain again congratulations and this time for top spot (applauds).

How did you push the GPU that far?. Volt mod?, watercooling?.
 
Well something's seriously screwed with my setup at the moment. I've managed to get my cpu stable at 3.2 (100% overclock, go me! :D) yet I've got this as my latest score -

Which quite frankly is apauling. I've got the latest drivers and Crossfire is enabled (in CCC and shows as enabled in Everest). Any ideas?

I've only got the free version so I can't change anything and afaik you don't have to turn it on for individual programs?

I was thinking driver problem as I seem to be scoring 2k points less than a single 3870 :mad:

I wouldn't know, never had it below 3ghz :D

If you ask nicely I might be tempted to de-clock it later. Could be interesting to find out how it's affecting my Crossfire tbh as I have a feeling the low cache is holding it back a fair bit.
 
Gone back to 7.12, now hitting 12742 which is a bit more like it. Still not quite what it should be though, but then again there's no-one on the list with an E2xxx cpu and dual gpu's to compare it with.

*twiddles thumbs and waits for 45nm quads*

Crysis Benchmark - 28fps

Well my overall score increased by more than the cpu increased so it looks like that's one of, if not the only problem

*is just looking for an excuse to buy a new quad* :D
 
Hehe i'll give this a go. :) Last night i had 128xx thinking its a "rubish" score but as i can see it would put me on 26th place atm and 3rd E2xxx in dual cores. =D Will push it bit more b4 submiting.

Much happier with my build and OC after finding this thread.
