I canny run the benchmark or set my res at 1280 x 1024.
I shall get the latest drivers and see if it works then.

Got latest 169.21 WHQL drivers and still canny do that res, ill get some beta ones later and try them.

Using 174.74 drivers now and I still canny get that res.

broke 17k with a dual core. wee! i hold the top non-wolfdale dual core score now 
try with the default pnp driver for your monitor (only if you're not already of course.
)

Does your monitor have a default res of 1440 x 900 or something?

Native res is 1920 x 1200.
I could do 1280 x 1024 plus a load of different resolutions with my 3870X2.

If your monitor accepts the VGA input you'll find the 1280x1024 is still listed as a valid res. I can't get 1280x1024 using 24" DVI and XP, only Vista/Server.

had the same problem with the 174.74 drivers, tried pnp driver for my monitor, no joy there, had to finally switch to vga input to enable 1280x1024, with the official 169.21's i never had this issue. also on a 24 inch lcd here.

made a mistake in mine, submitted overclocked @3ghz score and only put in 2400mhz as clock speed...

Ok so I overclocked more and only gained 1 on my score.
Before my score was 15192 at 3.6Ghz and my gfx card at 750Mhz
Now my score is 15193 at 3.7Ghz and my gfx card at 800Mhz also I have an extra 2Gb of ram

Have you tried tesing your graphics card in smaller steps, after a certain ammount you will get worse scores.
In my case, my GX2 will clock above 700mhz, but scores only increase up to about 610, then start going down because my CPU is bottlenecking the card.
Leave your CPU @ 3.7 and take your graphics card back down to 750 and I bet you get a better score.
Updated my score.Changed from a e2140 to a e6420 added over 600 points.
