Well top job from MSI then for agreeing to sort this out for you. How would you rate their service?
Well it's been 28 hours since they agreed and I've given them what they asked for and haven't heard anything yet.
I wouldn't be best pleased if it wasn't for the fact I will have another card here by Friday, but given that it's going to stay in the box as a spare I am more patient than usual.
I'm going to keep the returned card any way. If anything this has taught me that I need a spare kicking around.
I'm just gutted because I found that some guy has basically redone every last texture in Fallout 3 and another one has added weather (irradiated T-storms and snow ETC) and so I had gotten right back into that. Problem is it just crashes after an hour or two and if you have just spent 40 mins wandering around outside it doesn't save.
So there's no point in trying to continue

I'm definitely going to need the 7970 that's for sure. Making Fallout 3 look better than Crysis 2 DX11 has come at a huge cost - it devours GPU power and VRAM. When the thunderstorms come and the lightning flashes things get stuttery.
