I see some folk getting into the 700's with the 4690k but there running some mental overclocks... Im happy at the 4.5Ghz and its doing everything I want it to do.
Plus I wouldn't like to run it with anymore vcore than ive got on it 24/7
do some of these folk just ramp it up to benchtest then turn it down for everday use?
yea Ill just leave it the way it is. Im more than happy on how it runs and tbh unless it was a spare system I woulnt be chasing numbers on benchmarks Im to scared I mess it up
Next year I may put together a system that I can play with and see what numbers I can get but right now this ones getting kept safe.

Corsair 3000MHz C14 16GB Quad kit at 2133MHz 10-11-11-24-T1 (1.35v)
Intel 1.2TB ES SSD
It is pretty good at Cinebench it seems.

Already asked them for a load of V4 versions with 22 cores and 44 threads and a whopping 55MB of L2 cache.
