OcUK COMPLETE WATERCOOLING BUNDLE

Surely that's a matter of opinion?

Just bear in mind that a 'custom' watercooling loop always has the option of adding more radiators, and will serve you for many builds to come. I doubt you'd get the same from an air cooler.

Sorry I was talking in comparison to other air coolers, watercooling is a league ahead.

Yeah but but triple rads not going to work out :(
If you had a choice out of a single rad or air cooler, what would you go for?:D

Watercooling definaty, can't beat the personal touch and sense of acheivment of building it up yourself. a lot quieter aswell which is sweet. Once you got watercooling you won't go back! Um sure rjk will back
me up on this.

:D So you would choose the single rad combo over the Prolimatech Megahalems ? if so, is it best to have the fan underneath the rad sucking air in, and maybe another fan on top sucking the air to the top on this case.
P.s, but using the 18v pump. i just read back you saying it's on far with the Prolimatech Megahalems.

Cheers.

Agreed, There is no way I would go back to any air cooling, these day's it's just not good enough, When buying a new case, always have watercooling in mind. ;)

Single rad with 2 fans in push/pull configuration.

Watercooling is something i have always wanted to get into. It looks too complex though.
Prepare your kit such as putting fans on the radiators, planning where your kit is gonig to go and have all the parts.
Cut the tubing to the correct size, put it on the barbs or compression fittings to link all of your parts , fill the res, Leak test for 24 hours, fit your watercooling then your done!

From all the research i been doing all day. i single rad config isn't as cool (as in temps) as a Noctua NH-D14. i'm going by what others have tried.
Going triple and quad, now where talking :D a lot cooler.
I be using 2 Akasa 120mm Ultra Quiet Viper Cool Fans.

Just a shame my case isn't that extra bit taller :(
If it was the same kind of temps as the Noctua NH-D14 @4.2 , then i would go with a single rad setup as it would look nicer.
you say it's on par with a Prolimatech Megahalems Rev B, which from so many reviews i've read, it's not better then a Noctua NH-D14 as in cooling wise.

So who knows what to believe :p maybe i need to see both with my own eyes :D

There will always be variation between different reviews and tests. I'm just going off from the tests we have done and personal experience. Tbh I think you should go for a triple and make a little modding project for yourself, there are a few triple rad modded, Raven and Fortress 2 cases on xtreme systems forums.

Oh really :) if i can mod the case easyer enough, then that would be cool.
Do you have the link to the mod on the Fortress 2 case? if not, i'll look around on the net for it. take in to account the mod has to allows for a 5970 card of course ;)?

Cheers.

I know they are Raven 2 cases but the principle is the same.

What kind of setup can you fit in an Antec 1200?

Single or double rad setup. We only offer single/triple and quad rad setups however.

Antec do make a special radiator designed especially for the large fan at the top of the case but apparantly it isn't too good. Can't seem to find it on their site anymore though.

Oh well, I'll save a proper water cooling setup for my next build I think. I should have done my research before I bought this case.

Those Raven 2 setups look really awesome.
